They always taste too strong and to be honest - we see a constant repeat of the same flavours (lemon, berry, cherry etc.) ⠀

VODKA INFUSED TARO JELL-O RECIPE:⠀

14 oz of taro (steamed)⠀

1-1/4 cup sugar⠀

3 cups coconut milk⠀

5 cups water⠀

1-1/2 tbsp rice flour⠀

1 tsp salt⠀

1 pack of agar agar powder (vegan/vegetarian gelatine) ⠀

1/2 cup vodka ⠀

Purple food colouring⠀
