ALCOHOL & TEA?
Would you give this cocktail a try?
We really enjoyed the unique pairing of Cup of Te Cream of Earl Grey Tea with Eatable Inc. Whisky on the Pops infused gourmet popcorn and wanted to share this unique and harmonious pairing.
RECIPE:
6 ounces Cold Earl Grey tea
1¼ ounces gin
1¼ ounces honey simple syrup, (5 cups water, 1 cup honey in saucepan. Simmer until honey is dissolved)
1/4 ounce fresh-squeezed lemon juice
popcorn for garnish
TIP:
Add Popcorn only upon serving. If the Popcorn sits for too long over liquid it will begin to dissolve.
